How to sign in to Sabre Red Web

Sabre Red Web is the browser-based workspace travel agencies and corporate travel departments use to look up availability, price itineraries, issue tickets and manage bookings. Access is granted per agency, so every person signs in with credentials that belong to their own Sabre ID rather than a shared office account. The sign-in screen asks for four pieces of information and checks them together, which is why a single wrong digit can stop an experienced agent just as easily as someone on their first day.

Before you start

Have your Sabre ID username and its password ready, your four-character PCC for the agency you are working for, and your authenticator app open on the phone you enrolled. If your agency has moved you to a new PCC, ask your administrator to confirm it before you try to sign in, because the PCC identifies the agency record your bookings are filed under.

The sign-in steps

Fill the fields in this order. The form reads them top to bottom, and entering the PCC before the password keeps a mistyped code from being mistaken for a wrong password.

  1. Enter your Sabre ID username

Type the username tied to your own Sabre ID. It is usually your agency sign-in name and is not the same as your email address.

You need: Your Sabre ID username

Usernames are not case sensitive, but extra spaces copied from an email will still cause a failure.

  2. Enter your password

Type the password for that Sabre ID. You can reveal it with the eye button to check what you typed before submitting.

You need: Your current Sabre ID password

If the password was changed elsewhere, only the newest one is accepted.

  3. Enter your PCC

Add the four-character PCC for the agency you are working for today. Bookings you create are filed under this code.

You need: The PCC for your agency

Confirm a new PCC with your administrator before signing in for the first time.

  4. Enter the authenticator code

Open your authenticator app and type the six-digit code shown for Sabre. The code refreshes every thirty seconds.

You need: Your enrolled authenticator app

Type the code as soon as it appears; a code entered after it refreshes is rejected.

  5. Submit and wait for the workspace

Select Sign In once and let the page finish. A single press is enough; pressing again while it is working restarts the check.

    You need: Nothing further

If the page returns to the username field, reopen the sign-in page before trying again.

When the sign-in does not go through

Most failures come from one of three things. A password that was changed on another device will be rejected until you use the new one, and the reset link is only valid for a short window. An authenticator code expires every thirty seconds, so type it as soon as it appears rather than waiting for the next one. And a PCC that does not match the username will be refused even when both are correct on their own, because the pair has to line up on the agency record.

If the page keeps returning to the username field, close the tab and open the sign-in page again before trying a third time, since repeated attempts on a stale session are the usual cause. If you are asked to enrol a new authenticator, stop and check with your administrator first so you do not lock yourself out of an agency that requires the original device.

About this page

This page and the sign-in screen it links to are a practice simulation. They are built to look and behave like the real Sabre Red Web sign-in so that the four fields can be practised in the right order, and no password is ever captured or stored here.
