Privacy policy

This policy covers the practice sign-in screen and the information pages on this portal. It is written to be read, not to be skipped, so it is short and says plainly what is recorded and why.

What a practice session records

When a practice sign-in is submitted, the portal records the Sabre ID username and the agency PCC that were typed, together with the authenticator code if one was entered and the time of the attempt. That record is sent to the portal inbox so an instructor can see how the session went. Nothing else from the form is stored.

What is never collected

The password field is never read, stored or transmitted. It stays in your browser for the length of the session and is discarded when the page is closed. The portal does not use advertising trackers, does not build a profile of visitors and does not sell or share anything it records with third parties.

Messages you send us

If you use the contact page, the name, email address and message you enter are delivered to the team so they can reply. They are kept only as long as the conversation is useful and are never added to a mailing list.

Asking for your record to be removed

You can ask for practice records that mention your username or agency to be deleted at any time. Use the contact page and say which username or PCC the request covers, and the team will remove those records.
